Dean certainly talks up his service as good as any used car salesman but doesn't deliver. After 3 treatments my front lawn never looked so bad in 35 years of being home owner. He justifies everything with no real back up. He missed the chemical burns he caused and the bugs he didn't treat and accused me of under watering and then over watering. The kicker is he can't get rid of Nutsedge after 3 treatments!! The fun begins when you call him out on it and he implodes! He got so mad he forgot which lies he told and was quite amusing.
