Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors. Between the price, quality and lead time we decided to move forward. Weeks went by with little communication, no estimated install date, WE had to call to find out when they were coming out to measure again. It took a total of four months to get this door installed. And when we were finally given a day to install, they called asking if we could move it. The install was fast (within a few hours) and the crew who installed was friendly. While the door itself looks nice, the outside has these patches all around. The door itself is also tricky to open. Not pleased and would not recommend window world.
