50/50 and random, is the best way to describe this RV Park. We moved here to be closer to an area…read morewe wanted to be near. when we moved here, the internet was not good or reliable. Still not reliable in September 2025. The new owner(s) had a swimming pool installed and that has been a difference maker. Many of us have enjoyed the pool. The storage (STORAGE) units are a decent size and price but come with severe dust and dirt and critters. In one winter we caught 5 mice and one snake. No telling how many other critters stayed rent free - there was evidence of more than we saw and caught. The lawn/grass/weeds is now the greatest competitor for enjoying our longer term stay here. There are three primary forms of stay for long term patrons and only one for over nighters or short term patrons. Long term have options: 1. No cover awning with gravel spot. 2. Covered awning with a gravel spot and last 3. Covered with a 50' x 20' concrete slab. While short term patrons have a pull in/out open spot - but very near the pool. The Park has a community room that is very nice and available for rent but rarely used. In the very far back there are extra large RV storage spaces that can be used for other things in addition to RV's. MAIL is a huge challenge here - the local Post Master claims every resident at this park is a transient and will NOT allow mail or other items to be delivered. I've talked directly to "her" and she is 100% in the right - regardless of what she thinks or interprets the law to be. Just ask her - she would not consider any other option other than NO MAIL to any RV at this park. I have lived in multiple RV Parks and each one has a mail slot available to every RV Spot - she will not allow that. When I made that statement, she did not flinch and said that did not align with the Postal rules. Sounds very outdated and not in line with the direction of the USA Citizens. (This is all my opinion). Weeds and grass are out of control here along with ants; mice and what appears to be roaches (all outside). We are working on what we can, to make it homey but also paying a lot of money for our spot - too much to be covered with weeds and critters. The Park Management seems to be working hard trying to keep up but is challenged.

Extremely Discriminatory & Hostile Environment…read more I am currently living at Indian Village Campground, and my experience with the manager, Jane, has been nothing short of harassment and discrimination from the day I arrived. From my very first week here, she has repeatedly called, texted, or shown up at my site accusing me of breaking rules. Each time I provided clear proof (including photos) showing that I did NOT break any rule, yet she refused to acknowledge it and continued to harass me. What's even more disturbing is the way she refers to residents. She addresses white residents by name but refers to the minority residents as "the Mexicans." I witnessed this repeatedly, and other residents confirmed it's normal behavior from her. As one resident told me, "Once she puts a target on your back, it's rough." I have children, which she knew before I moved in. Yet I was openly told she "did not want to see my children in the park." That meant they were expected to stay inside at all times, which is completely unreasonable for paying residents. I am also disabled and rely on a mobility scooter because I can't walk long distances. The only accessible way to reach the restrooms and showers is a ramp. Despite this, she repeatedly harassed me for using my scooter on that ramp--something that is literally an accessibility requirement. She even forced me to walk the scooter up and down the ramp, which causes me significant pain. Today, after following every instruction she gave me, I walked my scooter down the ramp and only got on at the bottom once I reached the cement pad. Within 60 seconds she called and falsely accused me of riding down the ramp and told me I now had to vacate the property. This is clear discrimination against someone with a disability and a complete disregard for ADA responsibilities. Her behavior is disrespectful, hostile, and unprofessional. After speaking with multiple residents, it's obvious that this is a pattern and not an isolated incident. People here live in fear of becoming her next target. I would strongly warn anyone--especially families, minorities, or disabled individuals--to think twice before choosing this campground. The environment is toxic, discriminatory, and filled with unnecessary harassment.
