It was not working well at all but on their website it states in some areas it might not work, unfortunately we were in an area in between so most days it was just not working even with my extender! Your not to far from Sherman Tx that has everything, but takes about 15 mins or so to get there from here, there is a small town Tom Bean , that has a tiny gas station store food mart place and dollar general if you need something small. They were consistently rude and unprofessional, often treating guests differently depending on whether they seemed to like you or not. We also overheard them speaking negatively about other campers, which created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. It felt like rules and expectations depended on their mood rather than being applied fairly. Additionally, the managers were frequently not in the office, making it difficult to get help or have questions answered when needed. Overall, the lack of professionalism and respect made this a place we cannot recommend.

There isn't any water in the fitness center so you have to leave to go to the office to get some or the bathrooms. Traffic in the area is a mess so plan on sitting on the 2 lanes roads for a minute. Internet connection is always struggling. The showers are beautiful but while the looks were focused on, the plumbing was not. The water gets luke warm at best.

Laurie and Jeff are amazing people . They have a Amenity center where you can do laundry and even work out if you want . Fresh eggs daily from the chickens and they have so much to offer , such as horseshoes , corn hole . To much to list . The park is gated ! Which is is even better and gives me a feeling of being safe where I live . I highly recommend this Rv Park .
