However, the front desk receptionists are terrible. They are always rude and they talk over everyone all the time which makes the lobby incredibly loud and uncomfortable. The receptionists are not professional and treat people poorly. It's also been noted recently that there was an incident where they turned down a 90 year old lady because her oxygen tank wasn't in a "Proper Carrier". If you can avoid this place I would highly recommend doing so.

But after the place changed ownership during a regular checkup less than two years after buying them she was told that the hearing aids she has need to be upgraded because they are not strong enough. We were never told there was a better or stronger option when we saved up as a family to invest in what we thought would last our mother the rest of her life. Turns out to have been a waste of money... Do not make the same mistake. Miracle ear is only in it for the money. The customer service is terrible and they do not stand behind their product as they claim.

After the procedure was done, we sat and chatted for a couple minutes, which was cool. They made the whole thing so much better than it usually is. It's nice to see staff with that kind of attitude and care for the patients.
