Well when I got there to drop off my shirts to be cleaned and pressed there was a gentleman there that was not happy at all. Claimed they lost his suit. I gave the nice elderly lady a bag containing 10 brand new never worn shirts. I asked for them to be cleaned and pressed. I was a bit shocked 10 shirts cost 43 dollars.. I picked up the shirts 3 days later with hangers all wire tied together covered in a big plastic bag. Today I uncovered them and separated them in horror. 43 dollars to have brand new shirts look a wreck. They have more wrinkles than Ruth Bater Ginzburg. I NEED a few of these shirts in a few days AND need a pair of pants hemmed. What a mess this has become. Do I have them re do them ? And find a new competent cleaners or wash them and iron them myself. They cant be much worse. Wow What a TOTAL disappointment. Won't happen again. Shame on me. Gave them a seco d chance and Im so not impressed. ALL the shirts have pressed in wrinkles. Some have shiny spots from over heating. These were ALL brand new shirts. My biggest problem with Mountain Dry Cleaners is that they don't seem to adhere to committed store hours. Based on Yelp, they close at 7. I once went there at 6:30PM and the store was closed. However, they did have the change of hours noted on the door - saying they close at 6PM. Since then, I have passed by there on my way home on 3 different occassions to pick up laundry. All 3 times have been between 5:30PM and 5:45PM and every time, the store was already shuttered and dark. The particular problem with today was they were laundring a shirt I needed for a business meeting tomorrow. Time to find a new, reliable / dependable dry cleaners.

Sorry, folks, I'm not going to sugar coat it, this place is awful. I've written nearly 700 Yelp reviews and I've put a lot of thought into each one of them in order to provide a fair review, but I have to say, this place is honestly a joke. Here is what I can tell you about Zoom after using them for six months: - Turn Around Time: As the name implies, Zoom does strive to turn around garments quickly. "In by 9am, out by 5pm" is how they advertise their one day-service. - One Price: Most garments are cleaned for one low price of $1.99, I think. They also clean things like comforters and curtains but I'm not sure what the price is on those larger items. - Long Lines: Upon entering Zoom, there are always two lines. The line on the right is for people to drop off and pick up their clothes. The line on the left is for people waiting for misplaced/lost items to be recovered. If you are feeling lucky, you can opt for express drop-off. With express drop-off you buy a zoom bag, put your garments in it, and then just drop it in the pile inside. - Awful Customer Service: The staff here is miserable. I've made excuses for them in my head non-stop but can't do it anymore. Realistically, I think they are just lazy, apathetic, uninspired . . . the list could go on and on. There is absolutely no sense of urgency here either. When trying to pick up garments, staff members will chat with the alterations staff and then check their cell phone before going to the back to look for garments. I've seen this behavior first hand and other similar acts of non-urgency during my various visits here. - Disorganization: Zoom is disorganized. I have gone to pick up clothes that were all dropped off at the same time and the employee checks several places in the store to find my clothes. If you are lucky, the scavenger hunt eventually produces your entire dry-cleaning order. - Risk of Using Zoom: If you are thinking about using Zoom, you just have to assess the risk. Yes, they are inexpensive but what about your clothes? You have to consider if the low recurring cost of dry cleaning will make up for any clothes that they lose. Note that dry cleaners do not typically pay retail for a lost item. So if you are price sensitive, maybe take your everyday stuff here but take you special items somewhere where they will not be lost. - Lost Items: In the spirit of fairness, Zoom has never entirely lost any of my items but they have temporarily misplaced garments that surfaced days/weeks later. Also, they have given me other people's clothes so that means someone else was missing something. I have heard stories of completely lost, never recovered garments which is kind of surprising since everything is cleaned on site. - Bottom Line: After trying Zoom for six months, I have taken my business elsewhere.

I absolutely refuse to use the apartment complex's laundry facilities so here I am. This laundromat looks a little on the old side of things but at the end of the day, it gets the job done. The washers drain a lot of water out of your clothes which means less drying time. I'm usually in and out in less than 2 hours. Most of the time, I don't stay and fold my clothes. I just quickly run home to fold and put away clothes. In the summer, it can get pretty hot in this laundromat and the staff always says that the A/C is on. Apparently, management won't allow the A/C to go above a certain temperature but uh, don't they realize that these dryers generate heat in addition to the already hot weather? I probably could go somewhere else but this laundromat is really close to where I live and I don't feel like it's worth driving to the other side of town to get this already daunting chore completed.
