On September 8, 2019 my church, St. Francis Catholic Church in Frisco, Texas hosted the annual fall…read morefestival. I was the emcee for this event and we had a magnificent turn out, of over 8,000. As the emcee I worked closely with In Depth Events staff, equipment and stage set up. It was a 12 hour day in over 100 degrees! The staff was all friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. We had to make several line-up adjustments and they went with the flow! There was a moment when I asked Robert Chapman, the founder to provide music for a portion of the event that wasn't well coordinated. He stepped up and provided excellent background music! One band took 1.5 hours to set up and I was panicking. Again, I asked Robert, can you please play some music that was the same as the genre of the band coming up. Again, he hooked me up! I was relieved because the audience was entertained and enjoyed themselves and we waited for the band. I was so grateful. All of the microphones, speakers, lights, stage, and signage were all set up perfectly! I work with many event companies, and I was impressed with how things sounded and looked. It's hard to completely put into words just how amazing Wendy Kidd is. I first met her at the…read moreMcKinney Bridal Show in January of 2012. I'd just gotten engaged two weeks prior, but told myself that I didn't need a wedding planner. Silly me. :) Fast forward to May, when I was just beginning to rip my hair out. My wedding location (both ceremony and reception) was held in a small town, with hardly any wedding-related resources. Thank goodness Wendy was available for our October date because I really don't know what I would've done without her. She's completely in-the-know and paired us with some incredibly amazing vendors that we would've never found on our own. Her personality and spirit is so warm and inviting that you end up wanting her to be your very best friend. She took each of my annoying emails and phone calls in stride, immediately going to work solving all of my problems (which, in the end, weren't really problems). Our wedding day went off without a hitch, as they say. Wendy and her team made sure that the entire day was perfect for us and our families and we are so, so happy that we chose to work with her!

Brooke was such a great wedding planner. It's hard to believe that it's over. We were very calm the whole week leading up to and during the wedding weekend knowing that she had everything under control. It was a long year filled with crazy meetings and discussions about minutiae. Thanks to her patience and attention to detail, she made sure everything reflected what we wanted. Our family and friends were very impressed with the execution and won't stop talking about how it was the nicest wedding they ever attended, and we can't wait to see the professional photos that I just know will be amazing. Like a previous reviewer said, I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. We had my son's 4th…read morebirthday party here, and it was a disaster start to finish. First, his party was supposed to start at 10:00. We get there at 9:45 to set up, and NO ONE was there and no one is answering the phone. Guests start arriving and still NO ONE is there. One girl finally shows up around 10:15. The AC wasn't on inside (did I mention the party was in July???) and the inflatables were deflated so we had to wait for them to inflate the things. It never cooled off. All the kids were sweating. Drinks weren't cold. It was generally a miserable experience. I was able to negotiate with the manager that all I paid was the deposit (roughly 1/2 what it should have cost) and I still felt ripped off. Luckily, the kids didn't really know what was going on and my son had a good time, but I will NEVER go there again and I will actively tell parents to avoid this place for parties. Instead, go check out The Little Gym on McKinney Ranch Pkwy. They have birthday parties figured out. Oh yeah ... one more thing. The place is not even close to clean. The bathrooms are gross and the party rooms are dim and less than spotless. Ewww.

We had a coupon for $2 off so it should have been $6, we asked for a discount since they are closing early and she says that she will do that. After we pay, I do the math and we paid $6.50 for each kid; so I felt ripped off. You would have to see it to believe it but attacked is the proper word - she had red marks all over her. We leave and ask for a refund and they called the manager and then refused to refund the money. There were about 15 adults there who saw what happened who could have verified what happened. The kids also played arcade games there and half the machines did not work and just ate your money or they did not give the kids their tickets, so again another rip off. The rental company we have used before and had great service. I was however promised free passes to jump n land but they never sent them and would not return my calls, but after this I definitely do not want them. If someone can comment that the Sherman location is not as disgusting we might go there, but as far as McKinney we will NEVER go back.

We started planning together 30 days before my wedding and even though I had 95% of my vendors selected she was still so worth it! Karen called every vendor to review the contract, made sure they were aware of timelines and made sure they all new NOT to contact me with a problem the day of the wedding. One of the best feelings was someone asking me "When is the cake cutting?" and me being able to say "I have no idea, go ask my wedding planner!" I'm such a planner that I thought it would be hard to release the reigns, but Karen was so knowledgeable with so much experience that I knew I could truly just enjoy the day! Thank Karen!
