He couldn't even be bothered to originate a proposed loan quote with a full breakdown of the loan costs/fees and what my monthly payment would be. This is most definitely a huge determining factor regarding which bank/lender is the best fit for me and my needs. When asked for a breakdown of the loan costs, his response was, "I can't give you that answer until closer to closing." It was at this point I knew this isn't a company I choose to do business with and I definitely would not recommend them based off of my interaction with Paul.

I was not spending another dime printing and faxing documents to MDE. They are incapable of sending documents that can be electronically signed. DON'T use MDE!!!
