Horrible treatment . In parking lot waiting for a client to open up new account to place down…read morepayment on his business insurance and I was hustled out of parking lot by the owner of the bank (she claimed to be) while working on my laptop and on phone in my car. I made one quick cold to a neighboring business while waiting for him. It's one thing if the lot was packed but not one car was in there and about 5 other spaces were open. I informed my client to meet me at another bank and he will not be opening and account here now. Lesson to be learned - pick your battles and define what's worth driving people literally away!
