The staff at the front desk could not have been more professional and friendly when I checked in and only had to wait just a few minutes for Charlene, my masseuse to be ready. The facility is spotless, meticulously maintained, and COVID conscious. My masseuse, Charlene, was unbelievable. She stretched my problem areas, really worked through the tightness and stiffness in my entire body, focusing on the injured leg. I am not exaggerating when I say that this is probably the best massage I ever had. I walked out of there feeling so much better, and it was the first time in weeks without a limp on the affected leg. I have had chronic pain for many years. I have been seeing Dr. Wasdin (the chiropractor here) since January 2021 and overall my pain areas have been feeling a lot better. First visit is a consultation with x-rays so he can see exactly what's causing the problems. For me, it was an alignment issue with the spine (which he pointed out while I was looking at the Xray). I've also worked in healthcare for about 3 years, 6 of those months being pain management. He has told me "I couldn't pull one over on you even if I wanted to because of that background of yours." After seeing him for about 11 months overall my pain is at a regular, much lower rate. I'm hoping within 1-2 years we can continue to work to get the pain almost gone.

The reason I won't be going back is because as i was checking out, the therapist was explaining that since it was.my first time i got the price as listed on the web site. However, the next one.would include a COVID cleaning fee. At first I was okay with this, I understand the times we are living in. However, she proceeds to say the cleaning fee increases with each additional 30 minutes. I asked why. I said don't you clean the.same amount and to the same standard regardless of length? She proceeds to say yes, but we have to pay rent as well. I did not like this. List all the fees up front. Don't try and hide why you are charging more money.
