The facility is spotless, meticulously maintained, and COVID conscious. My masseuse, Charlene, was unbelievable. She stretched my problem areas, really worked through the tightness and stiffness in my entire body, focusing on the injured leg. I delivered two very large babies over a decade ago and had followed the advice of my OB/Gyn, but kegels weren't enough. Usually within 20 minutes of jogging, I would start to leak.
