The guy was very quick with us, gave us no instructions on how to clean, and everything else you need for a new piercing and even pierced my friend twice. Since then we've all taken our piercings out and mine was pierced so low it wouldn't even heal. I went to two other reputable piercers and they both advised to take it out. Would not recommend.

I gave him a picture and it looks NOTHING AT ALL LIKE MY PIC!! This place is horrible and has horrible customer service! Had the nerve to tell me I don't do refunds even after seeing all of the incredibly deep scarring and was told to come back in 3 months when it's healed so he can fix it!! FIX IT? It should not have needed to be fixed in the first place! And if you think I'm going to let you go anywhere near me again after all the damage caused to my hand, you're crazy! This place is ridiculous please avoid this shop at all costs! Again I have pics and medical bills to back up my claim plus the bank even decided in my favor! The employees there were super nice and informative. My piercer Reham(I believe that was her name) was super chill and did all the disinfecting and sanitizing. She did amazing with the placement. Over all this shop is definitely one of the cleaner ones I've been too and I highly recommend. It is a little pricey but I see it as you get what you pay for.
