I both love and loathe getting my nails done. I love the final result, but the process can be…read moreemotionally uncomfortable. I find most nail salons to be dens of sadness and obligation. I'm not sure I've ever really felt welcome in a nail salon. This experience was different! The gentleman who did my nails was friendly and conversational. He went above and beyond making sure my cuticles were tended to and my polish was perfect. His mom had a thick accent, making her harder to understand, but she was very friendly doing my mom's nails. Both employees spoke English to each other which made me comfortable that they weren't gossiping about us. The only complaint I have is that there weren't very many polish choices. If you're very picky about your polish, I recommend bringing your own. I will definitely recommend this place to friends because of the friendly service I received.

When I finally got seated, just as I sat down, this woman walks up to the technician I was with, Vanna, and yells, "WAIT, WAIT. I have an appointment at 10! I texted you yesterday, remember?" By then, I was completely done with the whole scene. It was such a disaster--pure unorganized chaos. Honestly, I wouldn't bother with their online booking system. And I will Never go there again. I found an awesome place up the road.

Went to pay and he said 100.00. I didn't feel like arguing since he made me so uncomportable. Went to a salon the next day to get it curled and found out the tracks were placed all wrong. Right down to bottom of hair lne and all the way on sides. You could see tracks if I pulled my hair up. And if wind blew on top of my head. Total waste. Had husband cut them out after 6 days.
