My nails look fine however, I got dip (no design or French tip just a plain color) and the sign says it is $40 for dip nails but they charged me $50. Just a heads up they may just upcharge you for no reason! I uploaded my receipt so they can't say they didn't just a heads up you don't get what you pay for! read more

Let me start with I have been a walk in with My Nails for about a year. I have noticed if you are a regular, you are treated differently than if you're a walk in customer. The gentleman that owns the company is very outgoing and nice and does a great job. as far as the woman who owns the company, I found she was rude and didn't understand when I told her she was hurting me. She left some of the gel polish on my skin and acted put out when I pulled it out of the machine that sets the polish as it was burning me. I did have to go back because two of the nails were peeling after 2 days. The gentleman proceeded to fix them but said I was hard on my nails. This is not the case as I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and never had this issue. Once he "fixed" them, the top coat kept chipping off of various places. I would never go back to this salon, even though I could walk there.. pretty sad. read more

The first time I went to this place, I was VERY impressed. The people who work in there are so nice and helpful! Today I went back for the second time and I was impressed again! Update: If they are busy and ask you to come back in an hour, expect to wait over 30 minutes after you come back an hour later. They may tell you "one more minute" but it will be at least 30 minutes. read more

They take appointments!! I have been a repeat customer for over 10 years! Yes, I have tried other salons but none Of them compare to Ben or Judy's work. Be prepared to spend some time here because excellent nails takes time! I'm always pleased with the work and I always get compliments on my nails!. They also give amazing pedicures! read more

Tho it was a last minute decision to come here, I am SO glad I did. The owner is genuinely kind and made sure to learn my name and say it back to me throughout our conversation. The woman who did my nails didn't speak much English but the owner translated for us and went beyond expectations in his customer service. I went in establishment because I actually seen good reviews on yelp. I was asked at the door what did I need. I explained I wanted my nails completed with SNS. Older lady (nail tech) not friendly shaking head no. I said ok I would like gel then she was looking with a frown on her face as I was signing in. I sat down thought about it and left.
