Their service is just top notch, they really care about their jobs and are always thorough. I originally used them as a "one time" job to rodent proof my garage. They figured out what had to be done including replacing the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door, adding steel wool where the rodents could get in and better sealing the top of the door. We haven't had a rodent in the garage since. The job was so thorough that I ended up signing up for their monthly service and I have been happy ever since. I have since recommended them to every neighbor and at least 4 of them have used Raptor and have the same view as I do on Raptor's service and thoroughness.

I was losing sleep every night because there was rummaging and scraping taking place on the roof above my bed. I suspected it was either birds or squirrels and had tried checking everything myself but couldn't find anything. I called around to some places to describe the issue I was having and at least one person referred me to Thomas Wildlife Control. I called up and managed to luck out by securing an appointment the following day. Brandon showed up on time ready to go to work and was very personable. He walked me through the process he would take and was very transparent with me including setting expectations so there wasn't any guess work involved. Cutting to the chase, he not only managed to find what was going on and causing it, but took the time to show me and explained how important it was to catch the culprit then because of all the other damage that could be done if it wasn't caught. Then he managed to provide a very reasonable solution to take care of the problem and did excellent, clean work. Brandon was like the more professional Doctor Doolittle / animal whisperer and made the whole experience feel easy and a great value. Now I'm sleeping peacefully and feel reassured that the problem was resolved. It's rare to feel like you really get what you paid for these days and I not only feel this way, but like I got the gold standard of work done. I appreciate the detailed estimate and the photos to show exactly the identified problems and how and what was to be remedied. Exclusion is expensive but it is only a one time cost that really needed to be done. My son kept me in the loop from the first appt. to the written estimate. I had to hire a professional exterminator to deal with all the flies, yellow jackets and ants that were driving me mad (separate issue - but flies got worse after the baits). The professional company I hired saw the baits and said what she used was nothing better than I could have bought myself at Home Depot. I felt very disappointed I spent so much $. The owner seemed nice and helpful but very rushed. When I called to follow up I really didn't hear back from her other than the two times she came to put the baits. She promised to call me to see how the activity was and she never did. I check the baits from time to time and they seem full. Our exterminator says these mice are getting smarter and knowing the smell and will avoid the baits. The best way to get those critters gone is to reduce access to the house. I'm having to spend hundreds of dollars more to seal up any way they can gain access inside the house and make sure food sources are sealed up tight in glass or hard plastic. I'm new to rural living so I'm learning these things the hard way.
