Maybe more important, they are environmental - don't use nasty chemicals that could effect other animals / species. My kind of pest control. And, get this! We had bees penetrate drywall and 'raid' the house. Called beekeepers and got no love. Called Raptor, and said I didn't want to kill the bees (they keep the planet alive through pollination) but not wild of them being in the house ;-). Anyway, they showed up in an hour! Raptor Pest Control was able to to solve our two primary pest issues that other companies could not. First, Mason Foster immediately identified our "rodent" droppings as bat guano. Others had mis-identified the source as rodents, leaving the problem unsolved. After proper identification, the bat problem went away with treatment. Secondly, we were inundated with Ground Squirrels burrowing all over our property, including our foundation. Raptor Pest Control was the only company to provide a targeted proposal. We used Raptor for our 2 houses. Great service. He eradicated mice under one house we were selling and that was great. He eradicated all the black widows in 4 garages , yay. He sprayed around that house. We used him again fir the house we were living in and did a great job. He setup mice traps in that garage too and he checked on them weekly. We woke to insulation pulled from our attic vents. Called and spoke to Tammy who was friendly, asked questions to make sure she could schedule someone to come out. She called back to let us know Jim would be to the house within 30 mins. Jim arrived on time - did an inspection and verified nothing actually got in. Most likely bear damage. Great service and quality! We had Raptor come and install a very creative and unique barrier around the footings of our Lake Tahoe home. The house is next to the forest and all kinds of critters want to get in. We had found everything from mice, squirrels, rats, and rabbits to a dead ferret in a heating chase while remodeling in 2017. With the aluminum barriers, along with concrete and wire buried in places where it wasn't possible to use the aluminum, they have eliminated our pest problems. They guarantee their work, and came promptly to repair a barrier and retrieve the pest who busted in last month. They are professional, responsive and hold themselves to a high standard of workmanship and service. I would highly recommend them and have to several of my neighbors. read more

After a slightly bumpy start getting my bi-monthly visits scheduled, Raptor has done a great job. I own a vacation home and setting up a time to visit requires communication prior to ensure home is empty, obtain lock box code, etc. At the beginning, i would receive calls only when Raptor was at the home or after they tried to visit, not prior. Not helpful but after a few conversions, quickly got the process back on track and have had great service ever since. Have used them for over a year now. Brought them out to control a mouse problem but ended up having them do a thorough inspection to see what needed their help and get the home in shape! After some major pest prevention work, moved on to bi-monthly visits where they check the exterior and interior of the home for spiders, mice, etc and refill traps, put new traps, clean webs and several other things for each visit. Recently a rat got into the home (yuck!) and Raptor was great. Multiple visits in a short period of time with traps set/refilled to ensure this thing was caught. After about a week of visits, they finally got this rat! Glad they got it before a guest staying in our home found it. read more

I initially, had a couple issues, but with my ongoing service, my opinion has risen. Our service tech, Gillian, has been very good. She explains what she's doing and why. Our pest issue, although not terrible to begin with, is almost nothing. We'll see how that continues when summer gets here. I'd recommend them. read more

we called Raptor two weeks ago and set up a inspection fore Wednesday august 22, 2018 at 2pm we received a call from Raptor Wednesday around 11am saying they were very busy and won't be able to make our appointment so we rescheduled fore Thursday between 4 and 5 pm on Thursday they did not show up at all so Friday we got a message from Raptor to reschedule so we called Raptor and told them we are going with another pest control company the young lady told us the pest control guy was at our house between 4 and 5 on Thursday and we did not answer the door we told her we stayed home from 1pm until 10pm when we went to bed and nobody came to the door then we told her not to reschedule we are using someone else so today august 27, 2018 at 2:30 the Raptor guy showed up at our house my wife told him to go away when you set up an appointment you should honer that appointment we have a life too and did not need to sit around all evening waiting for you to show up that's bad customer service in my opinion read more
