From the moment we walked in, Stan welcomed us as though we were repeat customers. He spent nearly an hour answering our questions, discussing our project, and helping us understand the remodeling process. We told him ours was not a large kitchen, although we wanted a complete renovation. Stan assured us no job was too small for them. By the end of that meeting, we had scheduled a visit to our condo for Stan to see it first-hand. After seeing our existing kitchen, Stan developed an initial design for us to review. We requested several changes that differed from his original vision. Rather than trying to persuade us otherwise, Stan emphasized that it was our kitchen and that we were the ones who would be living with it. Terrible customer service…read more I placed an order and when they came out to give a quote. We had agreed that since I had a bench, the door needs to be a bit bigger to allow space. The door ended up being only 28in and the bench is 12in. I agree, my fault for not double checking the measurements. But in no way did the company even attempt to work with me. Just wanted a profit in the end. As Oleg constantly repeated that he won't make anything on this project. It's not always about the profit, but also what the future brings. Your loss, I had 3 more shower doors to order from you. The first one was just a test.

It arrived in SRQ November 2022. Fun Fact: the name is stylized as "Homesense" in Europe and the United States. This store is pretty sizable and has all types of interior and patio home wares, living room, kitchen, bath home items and everything in between. Every time I have shopped here the store has a great layout and is well organized. I especially like to shop the wall decor and I have bought really nice greeting cards and gift items from here before. Check out the furnishings which are sourced from all over. You might find something you were looking for--or discover something you didn't know you wanted or needed! One time I saw a huge dinosaur which would fill up any reasonably, traditionally sized living room and on a subsequent visit it wasn't there--there's something for everyone here. He explained that this is NOT how Cabinets Extraordinaire does business, and that while the sales person we had initially worked with is no longer with the company, and although their files show a design had been done, they don't know why we did not receive that design. Since we did not receive the design - the owner agrees that our request for the return of the deposit will be honored. Cabinets Extraordinaire did a Great Job of quickly and completely addressing our concerns.
