The install went well however once the surface was cleaned with alcohol by the Installers they left at which time I took pictures to send to my husband who was out of the country. I noticed scratches and foggy patches on the surface. I called and sent my photos to the company they sent the installers back 20 mins later to remedy the counter surface they used several finishes and polishes and did an adequate job making things disappear by polishing the quartz for 20 minutes. After they left the sales lady called and asked me if I had used the counters after the installers left insinuating I had made the scratches and foggy patches.. she then denies ever making the statement...my kitchen is under renovation it is unusable, to add insult to injury the owner William Out of no where rudely began bullying me over the phone concerned only about the balanced owed to him. Incensed and disgusted I hung up . There is something very wrong with this man . My husband informed the owner William that an apology was owed if we were to proceed to closing the account with a flawed counter. True to form no response. I am angry and Frustrated by the mobster type mentality practiced in this company . Spend your precious time and money elsewhere, You will be disappointed and disrespected by this owner and his wily business practice William is the owner's name... beware of this individual he is insane. The tile that I needed was through a different company, but Chris and his team willingly went to Ellenton from Lakewood Ranch to bring it back the day before they started! I had gotten quotes from 3 other companies and Chris had the most reasonable offer and absolutely no hidden costs. I knew exactly how much the job would cost before we started and there were no additional fees by the end. Chris was very detailed when he came to do the estimate and made sure that the tile would be done right. He was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, usually within minutes of sending a text. Most other quotes were 1.5-2x his price and didn't feel like they took as much pride in their work. He estimated 3 days to do 450 sq ft of tile, but it ended up only taking 2 days! The guys worked hard from 10am-8:30pm the first day with no complaints. I ran out of grout the second day, but Chris was determined to complete my project ahead of schedule, so the team went back to Ellenton to get the grout (again) and returned to finish. My mom and I were able to get an extra full day to relax before she left thanks to their hard work! I highly recommend Chris and his team for tile floors! If I ever am in need of another renovation, I would not hesitate to contact him!
