I just had a question about the product I bought and got hung up on, and now won't answer my call. very rude.

Bought 2 vapes on the 24th December I opened one worked fine opened the second the next day wasn't working. I go back on 26th December not asking for my money back but to exchange it. battery 100 and juice 100. The guy tells me rudely it's final sale and he's going to just trash it tough luck come back next time and try in the store before you leave. Terrible policy wouldn't recommend. My wife visited this smoke shop back on the 20th of June 2023 and bought a vape, the Aspire. But she didn't buy a battery because they don't carry them. That was questionable so after buying batteries plus after paying $70+tax and not recieving a receipt, how convenient. It doesn't work. So, I brought it to at least 3 different smoke shops in and around the valley, thinking maybe I am just doing something wrong. We finally came to the conclusions it didn't work. We didn't even want to return it. We just want him to replace it with one that work. Nope that wasn't happening he told us to go pound sand in his own language. Very rude... Bought a dry herb vape for 60 I didn't like it and I felt that it wouldn't work for me... I could not get it to give me a decent hit, I called back and it was rough to try to even get a free pipe in exchange they wanted to charge me 10 dollars off on a 30 dollar pipe as compensation I they also offered me a free 25 dollar pipe but would not let me chose the one they wanted to give me had two bowls and I'm not used to that I asked for one with 1 bowl and the owner refused I even said it can be a cheaper one I don't care or even a 10 dollar one anything but nope refused to even give a 10 dollar pipe as compensation for me not being able to get the vape working ended up leaving and writing this review I honestly wouldn't recommend as they weren't willing to work with me in the exchange at all read more

I came in to buy a vape. After deciding what vape I wanted and picking out a juice I made sure to ask if I needed to buy anything else for it so I could start vaping right away. I was told no and that I had everything in the kit and it was ready to use. When I opened up the package to use it there was no battery and now I can't use it. I came back into the store to return it so I can go buy one else where and they wouldn't return it for me and on top of that they have no battery's to even sell me for the vape. Very very disappointed in the way this whole thing turned out and will not be coming back here again. I will also make sure that anyone I know doesn't come to this establishment as well. I went to this shop to buy a vape pen. He showed me a cheap one. I asked if he had any other, more expensive pens. He said he didn't. I asked if I could return it, if it didn't work. He said, "Okay, just don't take too long". I went back the next day. There was a different guy working. I said hello to him and told him what happened. I explained how far I had biked to get there, but it didn't matter to him. He said, "No refunds!", over and over again and that I could buy a new one. I asked how he could not give me a refund or exchange it for something of equal value. Then he said, "I'm not the owner, but maybe you can buy another one and it will work". I lost my cool and said I will leave a bad review on Yelp and then I threw the pen in his direction, but not at him. He got angry and showed me all his tattoos, as he threatened to throw my bike at me. Then he tried to get my address! I didn't fall for that. He kept threatening to hit or kill me. I said, "I'm sorry I lost my cool. This isn't your fault ". Then I said, you need to tell the owner that this product doesn't work and to not sell them. Then I left. I didn't cuss at him, not even once. But he just kept cussing at me... I would love not recommend this shop to anyone, ever! They will flat out rip you off! read more

Wow, this place has everything! As I walked in I was over whelmed and flabbergasted by the selection of different things. I was kind of lost, but the very nice and helpful girl at the counter named Nikki was there to help me right away and even with all my questions with a smile. I bought a couple things and will buy a lot more often. I just wish they had Tangiers hookah flavor, then it would be great because they'd have everything I need plus I'd leave with a smile because of Nikki. read more

I walked in today morning for hookah flavor and charcol, usually i go to famous smoke shop but there prices are not good especially on the fumari brand so i needed a new go to spot. There worker Nicki was so helpful she helped me choose out the perfect flavor for me that doest get me lightheaded , I brought it home and tested it out it was amazing. Smoke shops should have workers like her that know whats up about the products, i will definitely be back. So yesterday my hookah tipped over and broke:( i was soo sad about because none of my hookahs were blowing clouds like the one :( So i decided to go back to the smoke shop I bought it from. I got there and right away i noticed that they now have the same hookah that i broke but now in every color! I was also thinking of buying myself the perfect pipe, the employee showed me the coolest pieces ever! thanks to there knowledgeable employee Nicki i get to come back every time and get educated on there items my eyes never came across. read more

This place rocks! Didn't get to meet the famous woman with great conversation and nice pair,,, but I did meet the owner and he hooked me up!
