First of all terrible customer service. I don't know if they changed owners but ever since they got these employees the prices have gone up for no reason and everyone charges me a different price for the same item. Don't shop here. The selection is not good. Either most of the blunts wraps and leaves are stale. Nothing is ever fresh anymore. There are better smoke shops. read more

Cloudz is hands down the best smoke shop in the San Fernando valley not just in northridge. Steph and gucc are so nice they always take care of me when it comes to my vaping needs. I have stopped going to all the smoke shops because of cloudz. The shop is always so clean and smells so nice it makes me want to buy more when I'm in there. They also give cash discounts and even student discounts ! They have all the puffs and very good vape juice brands and they are always consistent with their stock. This smoke shop is ran by a small family business who is hardwired to keep the money rolling in at ALL cost. Even that means selling POOR quality products to customers. I purchased a puff bar vape that went out within 20 minutes. I called the location to complained about what happened Cameron answered and he stated " there is nothing they could do " to ensure satisfaction with a product and to buy at your on risk because there's no EXCHANGES or REFUNDS EVER. The guy at the store helped us find a flavor that was similar to something we had. We wanted something sweet, dessert like and custard-y. We got "The Custard Factory, Vanilla" and just tried this one out and it's fantastic!! Definitely worth it and tastes SO great. It's unbelievable how much of a rip off this place is, I went to simply get a torch lighter (which is usually 2-3$ max) & was around the corner from this place, I go in, purchase a lighter for $7.15 which is outrageous already, drive about 2-3 minutes away and the lighter stops working!!! I go back In less then 5 minutes later asking to exchange it, not even refund it & he says he can't exchange it cause I used it. First of all the employee that was working used it infront of me then sold it to me. Sold me a busted vape, wouldn't let me return it or exchange it. Said it's not their fault, and tried to sell me another with no guarantee it would even work. The last time I got a torch here it didn't work and they exchanged it within 24 hours of purchase, after giving me a hard time and saying I didn't know how to work it, the dude came around to say "oh yeah it's just the torch. It's a bad torch..." -yea, no shit. That's why I'm here. Poor customer service, always on the phone or FaceTime or talking to their homies who roll up instead. I end up at the liquor store net door to this shop almost three or four times a week for different necessities because of convenience. This shop is so close to my house and I absolutely love that about it! Also, the owner knows me from the liquor store since it's the same owners and he's a great help as well as extremely nice! This place has ripped me off by sneaking in a "convenience fee" of 3.5% on my credit card without telling me. This is a direct violation of California civil code. If they refuse to reimburse you, you can get 3x your money back by following the legal protocol outlined by the state. See Section B. These "Convenience Fees" are prohibited in California, according to Title 1.3. Credit Cards - CA Civil Code 1748.1. Title 1.3. Credit Cards - California Civil Code Section 1748.1 (a) No retailer in any sales, service, or lease transaction with a consumer may impose a surcharge on a cardholder who elects to use a credit card in lieu of payment by cash, check, or similar means. A retailer may, however, offer discounts for the purpose of inducing payment by cash, check, or other means not involving the use of a credit card, provided that the discount is offered to all prospective buyers. (b) Any retailer who willfully violates this section by imposing a surcharge on a cardholder who elects to use a credit card and who fails to pay that amount to the cardholder within 30 days of a written demand by the cardholder to the retailer by certified mail, shall be liable to the cardholder for three times the amount at which actual damages are assessed. We bought so much stuff here! It's such an awesome store!! And the guy who owns it is like, super cool. If I were a dude, I would dress just like him. I would also do my hair just like him. Anyway, he was really friendly and if we asked him about something he would completely open it for us, even the plastic packaging that makes it new. He didn't care; he really takes a strong interest in his customers and explains everything, helps you depending on you not on him, he is very patient and oddly enough, he seemed to care about us spending too much money because he kept asking if we still wanted this too or that too and he would go for something less expensive rather than more expensive when showing us good products that he recommends.
