Foul is an understatement for a word to use about the girl working the floor at the store last night (1/30/19) She asked if I was looking for anything in the store and I told her I was browsing and waiting for a friend inside since it was 11 degrees outside in Hoboken at the moment. She proceeded to tell me that there was a pizzeria next door for that not even knowing if I was going to purchase anything (which I was in fact looking for a one hitter while there) I was the only customer in the store at the time and she was on the phone having a personal conversation while on the floor with a customer in the store. A gross display of customer service, I have informed several people about this incident and you will definitely be losing customers over your incompetent employee.
