PLEASE READ IF DEALING WITH BROKEN/BAD PRODUCTS: I bought a Mylè yesterday. Overpriced, but I was able to talk him down a small amount in price. Within 20 hours, my Mylè stopped working. It wouldn't charge even tho it should have been at least 75% charged, wouldn't work at all. I called the owner immediately and he kept trying to overtalk me. So I went down in person where he tried to argue with me that the "store credit only" policy didn't apply to anything but cigarettes which sounds about wrong. So when I pointed out that I've written contracts before and that in order for his statement to be valid, he would have to specify that on the sign, he then agreed to do a store credit. Because unless it is specified, he can't just make up rules on the spot. He said he would do one exchange and we would make sure it works in the store and then after that he's not responsible. Problem is, my Mylè worked for 20 hours then just stopped completely. So ofc I wasn't going that route with him. He eventually agreed to give me my money back after arguing with me to deal with the manufacturers for the first half of the argument. I ended up getting my money back after a long argument but it was an absolute fight. I don't recommend even going there because he will tell you to deal with the owners on Saturday (even though I'm pretty sure he IS one of the owners of not THE owner) and give you the run around. Just save yourself the time, money and headache because it's not worth it. ESP not for the overpriced products. There's a $10 difference in some of the products for no reason at all. First off, I am not a smoker, but I love this place because of one of the owners, Ali. He is the nicest, kindest man ever and honestly loves and believes in everything that he sells. My friend was looking at bongs just out of curiosity and Ali comes over and explains every component to each bong and why they're so great. He teaches us how to use different things. You can see the glimmer in his eye when he talks about his products. The store itself has everything you probably ever need to smoke whatever it is you want to. There's a ridiculous variety of cigarettes, cigars, flavored stuff, whatever your heart desires. There are pipes and bongs and vapes and other stuff that you couldn't find anywhere else. If I smoked, I'd be a regular there. Oh - and Ali always gives you the best price ;D read more

Ali is the best. I went it needing immediate help and he was there and you can see he loves what he does. He knows about his products. The inventory is big for a small little shop. He gives good prices and bundle prices. He is open late and always energetic. Finding parking is super hard! So 5 stars for great service and nice inventory.
