She makes what I do easier to bear physical between appts Now on another Subject my facials I have been coming in about monthly for these I see Krista and She is also a wonderful we have done the hydra facial and now we are doing Dermaplaning facials And lash lift and tint and She is incredible. She really assesses You skin and uses what Your skin type and issue need to look and feel Your best. She tells you what she's using on Your skin while she's doing it but she isn't pushy about You purchasing any of it. I have the cleanser, moisturizer and lip balm and love it all! They've brought in some new people lately and this new person, Amy delivered a not so good massage: rough technique...she didn't seem especially skilled. Upon checkout, the 10% tip reflected this. She noticed and asked for more money. In the past, a 20% tip was demanded, in addition to a $3 credit card fee. If you get a masseuse you like, then I recommend asking for that person when you book so you won't be disappointed.

I want to give this a higher rating because the workers are very nice but for what you're getting…read moreit is not worth the price at all. Here are my reasons: 1. The pricing itself is not consistent and misleading. For 60 minutes online it says the cost is $70, but in person I was charged $85 and there wasn't explanation as to why. 2. The deep tissue massage I reserved online was not deep and I was expecting to get knots out but it was a light pressure. 3. It was hard to relax because the masseuse left the room many times to talk to people outside the room without explanation and it took me out of the experience. Her ringer was also on and there were notifications dinging loudly over and over which is distracting and she didn't seem to care and left it on. 4. Unfortunately there was a dead cockroach on the floor. This is kind of understandable... since it's Florida it's hard to avoid these things sometimes, but I would hope ahead of time if there's a reservation that they would double check that the room is spotless. 5. I didn't appreciate how she massaged my feet in the middle of the massage. She massaged my feet, and then she massaged my upper back and front after massaging my feet. I felt like I needed to take a shower after because feet germs were all over my body. I think it's best to massage the feet last. 6. I had to pay twice, before and after the service. Before I could start my massage I had to pay and sign the receipt. After it was over and I was leaving I was stopped and handed the receipt and was told to tip. If they want a tip then we have to pay after the service and not before. After the tip I paid 95 dollars for this massage. That is a luxury price for 60 minutes and I don't think it was a luxury experience at all. I hope these issues are addressed and moonlight spa can continue to improve and can give customers a lovely experience.
