She was very thorough when we signed our paperwork and explained all aspects of the unit to us in detail. Not only was she funny and friendly but she even offered my children a cool office to rest in when we moved our stuff in on a hot summer day. The unit was clean and really secure. Several unit areas at this location are inside old strip mall buildings which give an added layer of security. All in all, our experience with Xxtra Storage was phenomenal. One LARGE GRAY gross RAT ran out of the sectional further into the storage unit. I guess we scared the other one, with all our screaming, it came from a box we had on a shelf. Needless to say, I had to leave the rest of my things. This was April 14. I am still getting the RUN AROUND. I have yet to speak with a District Manager or have anyone call me back. I promise you this was the short version. DO NOT RENT HERE!!
