Scam artist! Save yourself the headache and don't fall for there scam. They make it near impossible to cancel your subscription with them. They play games with you when you try to call saying your account manager is in a meeting and will call you back but never get a call back. Spent over a month trying to cancel, calls and emails with no response. Had to call my bank to put a block on any transaction and only got a response when I finally sent them a nasty email and a BBB review. There only response was wanting me to remove my BBB review... Do not use this Company. 3 years in business everything running well. I hired them to up my Google presence and after 1 month Google kicked my business off. I appealed it and was denied twice. I would give a zero star if I could. They are scammers. My business profile was fine on Google which I had set up myself. They promised to optimize the search engine for my business. I realized a month in that this was a waste of money. The "video" they produced for me was something I could have done even better. I quickly closed my credit card so they couldn't automatically bill me after the three month trial. And sure enough they called to say the card wasn't working. When I told them I no longer needed their services they completely deleted my profile from Google and is not longe showing up on search engines for my area. Very unprofessional!! When calling their 877 number the gentlemen who answered the phone sounded like he was asleep. I finally reached my Rep Haley and informed her that we wanted to cancel the account. We were told in order to cancel you must call. We sent 2 emails requesting a cancellation prior to our phone call. I am the new Marketing Manager, an email was also sent informing MySuperNova that I would be handling this account. Haley refused to work with me and insisted that the original person who set up the account needed to physically speak with her in order to cancel. The owner of the business who took the time to write 2 emails informing them that they wish to cancel was not good enough. I informed her that they were in the field and I am simply trying to complete the task of cancellation. She kept insisting it is her policy to speak with him directly. A business owner should not have to stop making money in order to cancel a service with another business. They employ staff to handle these tasks for them. When I told Haley that the business owner would not be happy doing so and you might upset him which will result in a bad review. She told me "Even Disneyland Has Bad Reviews" and HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I could not get my rep to answer or even return my phone calls. After complaining and asking for a new rep I talked to the manager who was argumentative and disrespectful. She insisted that her employees are very good at their job and that I simply didnt understand or ask the right questions. She even made a negative comment about my grandfather completely out of nowhere. There are many other Google advertising companies who offer better service at lower rates. There was no web design - I gave them the design and was limited in my design based on their limited templates. There was no custom service. And marketing there is none. I get a monthly fee not for SEO, not for hosting - it is just to be there to change anything I may need to change. They basically only provided me with a mobile friendly website template. I even have to pay more to see how many people may go to my website after I launch a promotion! Right from the get go the sales people yessed me to death about all the things supernova could do for me then I had to be switched to a manager who told me I was misinformed and I basically got none of that and there would be a fee of hundreds of dollars to create my website. It progressed to paying hundreds of dollars to do my website that I SENT THEM EVERYTHING FROM WORDING, PICTURES, AND LAYOUT. They basically didn't have to create or recreate anything for me. I told them how to set up special items I wanted included that they DIDN'T know how to do - but I (a layman) did!! It gets better - they DON'T EVEN OFFER AN EMAIL SERVICE....Who doesn't have email on any basic website!! Then there are no meta=tags or anything to get me higher on google. One of the biggest scams around. This company purports to create a unique website and maintain your online presence. They do neither. They created a horrendous website for us, using pictures stolen off of other people's business sites, opening my company to liability issues. They don't even host the sites themselves. Instead, they are a Go Daddy partner, paying around $5 a month per site, while charging customers $100 a month. As for maintaining our online presence, they had us listed on Google in two locations, and some business listing sites they had us listed as being open 24/7 and speaking only AMerican Sign Language!
