It's been almost a year…read moreand my blinds are still not done : after a badly done installation, they took my blinds and told me they would replace them with the correct ones. They told me next week = I waited 1 month, kept calling, they told me on the phone they would reach back and give me an update = nothing. Every time I have to call them back just for them to avoid the situation and blatantly lie in response. Their technician came back 5 times, 5 TIMES without the blinds or with the wrong ones because of wrong communication with their boss. And because they make you pay in advance, they know they have no real obligation to solve the problem in a timely manner. This is beyond incompetency, they behave like absolute crooks and total baboons. Unless you want your blinds to be done after waiting for half a century, avoid them at all cost.
