I sincerely hope this was just a one-off situation due to stress, but regardless of the reasoning, my mother is an older woman just trying to get her clothes hemmed.. she deserved to be treated with respect.

Luckily, Skechers makes shoes for me. If you go to the back of the store, you will find clearance shoe items. I found a wonderful, comfy pair of sneakers. The foam insoles are heavenly. My sneakers were 40% off. I was wearing sandals at the time. There are plenty of clean, disposable foot socks. I slipped a couple on and tried my soon-to-be-mine sneakers. But they have a great line of clothing that is a local favourite and will probably take off across the country. It's a hot new retailer in fashion and beauty that its a must to have both.
