I would later regret that decision. Mr Maizel continued not to show professionalism by not showing up to scheduled meetings, not returning calls/ emails . His lack of professionalism would eventually put my case in a position where I was short of loosing certain rights . He advised me to file an EEOC complaint . When the EEOC issued a right to sue . He dropped my case the same day I received the right to sue notice . Knowing , I only had 90 days to file a lawsuit and that no other lawyer would pick up a case at this late point . When I confronted Mr Maizel he became angry and started verbally attacking me . I reported this behavior to Mr. Weinberg a named partner at the firm which he did nothing. If you have any type of employment issue or any other legal matter please protect yourself and do not hire this firm .
