So I decided to get my gutters cleaned after watching the news and a story on how important it is to get them cleaned. Well, I had never cleaned them in 20 years so I was expecting the worst. After getting a few estimates I decided to go with Miguel and his company. I picked him for several reasons. First, he was very professional and attentive and wrote back almost immediately. There's not one negative thing about this company. From pricing, professionalism, and quality of work. I happen to be the president of our community HOA. We've never had an exterior or window wash. And we are potentially looking to start a annual vendor established relationship with a softwash company. We set up about 10 different come out for on site estimates. The weeding out and selection process couldn't have been easier. Most 5 star reviews and lowest price! How often does that happen?! Their scheduling and contract was wide open for our needs and easily done. They showed up on time and with a couple wrinkles from the community (1 owner was working nights in the ER) so we had to make sure to not disturb her, best possible way, so she could sleep). We had our kitchen window left a tad streaky and we didn't notice until the next day at a certain time of day and the blinds were up. As soon as I called Miguel, he agreed to come out and make it right. And he did about a week later. Perfection. I have not heard 1 bad thing from any of the owners. With the rainy season around the corner and the wind having blown leaves into my gutters and on my roof, I needed to have my gutters cleaned pronto.
