Update: It should not matter when the feedback comes, especially when you sign up for recurring service. You didn't clean the freezer, which I spent over an hour cleaning myself. When the next service reminder came, I sent my feedback and then and you basically questioned whether what I said was true. That's not how you treat people. You believe them. I can forgive mistakes. BerryClean arrives with anywhere from 3-5 workers, depending on how many rooms we request are cleaned. I love how they pay their team a fair wage that allows for lunch breaks and holidays. All the staff who've serviced our home are always thoughtful about where to start cleaning first, especially if me or my husband are working from home for any part of the time they're working. BerryClean provides all the safe non-toxic cleaning supplies, unless a customer requests they use a specific cleaner, in which case they're open to using what the customer provides. Their website allows customers to specify if there are particular added services they'd like included (e.g oven cleaning) and the staff team are very approachable once they arrive. After they complete a thorough cleaning, one of the staff will let us know and ask if we'd like to walk through to check their work. I used BerryClean for a deep cleaning after my son and his friends occupied my condo for four months.The BerryClean crew were on top, and courteous. They were able to immaculately clean everything within the estimated time, and were extremely thorough. For example, they not only emptied the garbage cans, but cleaned the bottom of the cans as well. Dishmats with caked on calcium and hard water deposits were restored to almost brand new conditions. Laundry was folded and they even helped laundry several dirty bedsheets. On the final inspection, I found a few things that they were able to immediately address. I received a "Deep Clean" on April 25th for my 2 bedroom/2 bathroom loft in San Francisco. Although they arrived on time, there were some issues that had to be brought up after they left. For $719, I expect an outstanding service. The cleaning took 3 hours for a 2,090 sq. place. I took pictures before I left to make sure nothing was missing and to see the "before and after" effects. When I arrived back home, my patio door was open and there was residue on my stove. One of my figurines had been broken. It was a hand painted piece. I understand accidents happen though. The main reason for the 2 stars is because of the patio door being open and the communication I had with the business. I informed them and their reply was "our team is prompted to leave things as they find them/use their best judgement. Im happy to check on this and provide them with feedback". There was NO apology. I did not leave the door open, and this is a security risk and it had started to sprinkle. For $719, it was not worth a security risk. "Thank you for your feedback" and an actual apology are two very different things. read more

Berry Clean blew my mind with how thorough their clean was. The team worked incredibly hard, when you request they sanitize, they Sanitize! Floor to ceiling, not a dusty bunny left behind. My mirrors are spotless, the fixtures and sparkling, the tubs and sinks shine, the floors could be eaten off of, everything smells heavenly, and my refrigerator looks brand new. We have loved Berry Clean every time we use them. We now have a regular scheduled service as I am pregnant and am not able to keep up with cleaning, but we will keep them around after our son is born as well. They are efficient and kind and they work so hard the WHOLE service time. Every time we walk into our house when they are finished we feel like it is the cleanest it's ever been. We've have a dog who sheds a lot and it's easy to miss his hairs in places, but they never have. We've had cleaners from other companies who don't do as thorough of a job and that is why we will keep going back to Berry Clean. Today was my first time using BerryClean/a housekeeping service and I can't wait to book again. Carolina showed up to my apartment right on schedule and she stayed for nearly four hours! For reference, I booked the basic clean and not the deep clean. Seeing as I'm not moving in/out, I didn't want to book a deep clean but my place needed a pick-me-up. I wasn't sure if a basic clean was going to be enough for what I wanted to get cleaned-- I was wrong. When Carolina arrived, I have a sink full of dishes, bed without sheets (duvet interiors unraveled), couch full of blankets. and dust everywhere. The place was a mess. Carolina's attention to detail was amazing. I had a water bottle on my nightstand that was dirty that I didn't want to bother her with, she went ahead and washed it anyway. They fold your paper towels/bath towels in fancy patterns. She cleaned between the fridge and sink, she even got my radiator. My bathroom is sparkling clean, and I mean SPARKLING. My apartment smells amazing right now. Seeing as Carolina stayed for nearly four hours, I'd say you definitely get what you pay for. She really took her time and as I read the other reviews, it appears the other employees do the same. If you're getting a cleaning from BerryClean, I'd recommend requesting Carolina to be on your team-- she does a very thorough job and her attention to detail is impeccable. From the prompt response to my message to the actual cleaning - every step of the way was seamless. I asked for a deep clean of the bathrooms and kitchen and basic cleaning of the other rooms and the team delivered! Additionally, their pricing was very reasonable and I feel great using them again. They worked very hard and were so thorough. The house hadn't been cleaned in over a decade but they got all the nooks and crannies. We chose BerryClean based on the numerous good reviews for deep cleaning apartments. Prior to moving into the condo, we requested a move-in deep clean done. Unfortunately, both the cleaning job and service provided were disappointing experiences. After the "cleaning service," the apartment is still very dirty and we are having to clean everything ourselves again. Some of the things we found left behind include a pacifier, floss pick, coins, nails still on the floors, plus tons of dust vacuumed up from the carpet. The kitchen is another story. Customer Service wise -- For deep cleaning the 2 bedroom space, they said they would send 4 people and we paid their hefty quote. Instead, they sent only 2 people and one of them was watching YouTube on the phone. If you don't cancel, they automatically charge you a $100 cancellation fee. I contested because I was at work the time they scheduled. They said they sent me an email and I had 24 hours to cancel.
