But also let me try the cars right? Wrong all the doors are locked inside the showroom. Thats ok I will wait for a sales agents... even inside no pricing information. And no sales agent. I came on a Friday morning maybe thats why? There was two couple looking at the different models and people that looked like they came for maintenance service. I walked around trying to find information (maybe a brochure) or a sale agent. Looked on the windows, desks and the only pricing information was the one for extended warranty. I think I will have better luck online finding the information.

Created this account just to leave a review because of the awful service…read more Brought in my car because of a metal on metal grinding sound (likely the brakes). A few hours later get the call that it's ready. Go in to pick it up and I am told everything is good. I ask about the sound and am told there are no notes on any sound. One of the desk staff offers to go on a ride to confirm the sound with me (this part was good). The staff member confirms that it's definitely the brakes and that it was likely a mistake that they didn't catch it during the brake inspection. When it was assumed I would have the brakes serviced there it was offered that I wouldn't have to pay for the brake inspection, as soon as I mentioned I would take it elsewhere to get a second opinion I'm now on the hook for a nearly $200 inspection that didn't catch a very obvious issue. Staff logic is that people make mistakes and I agreed to a brake inspection. While I do agree that people make mistakes, usually the client doesn't have to pay for a mistake or a service that clearly was not completed properly. TLDR go somewhere else.

My mechanic shop tried to mount the tire and it would not balance until 5.5 ounces of weight was used - double at least the normal amount of weight required. Still, it will warble at speed, potentially putting me at risk. CAPS staff resisted right from the moment I started talking about the issue, looking for ways do deny the warranty claim ranging from the age of the rims (brand new car) to asking if the tire was mounted on a rim, etc. with the clear desire to find anything they could to not have to help me. The shop that mounted the tire is very experienced with master mechanics and tire specialists. CAPS are very familiar with the shop but still tried to question the mechanic's findings. Our vehicles need to be safe, and the tires we buy should not subject us to danger. A vendor who sells tires and refuses to help you with warranty issues is not a valid place to shop. Take my advice, get your tires somewhere else where the policy regarding warranty issues is something other than complete denial.
