Grab a couple of the cheapest frozen meatballs and throw them on a sub bun with store bought marinara sauce and a thin film of cheese. It'll probably taste better than the slop they sell! Oh, and let's not forget the side salad, served without dressing. If you want that precious topping you have to go beg for it at the counter at which point the staff will provide you with a couple of teaspoons full out of a squirt bottle! All of this for only 41.00 plus! Needless to say we'll never darken their doorway again and if you're smart, neither will you! Stick to Subway.

My favorites are The Full Montagu and the Chicken Avocado. They come in your choice of white or wheat bread, toasted with fresh meats and other ingredients. The sandwiches are 6 inch or so. When my mom explained that we had all gotten sick after eating at the restaurant, the first thing the manager said was that Stella's only uses the freshest ingredients. My mom clarified that she wasn't calling to make demands, but simply to report that we had all eaten the same meal at their restaurant and felt ill with similar symptoms shortly afterward. The manager said she would notify the kitchen, hoped we felt better -- and that was it. To add context, my mom and sister have both regularly ordered that same salad from this location in the past without any issues. We understand that illness can happen for many different reasons, and we weren't expecting the restaurant to accept fault without first conducting a proper review. Even so, we had hoped for a response at the outset of the call that reflected care and concern -- one that acknowledged the situation, prioritized guest well-being, and reassured us that it would be taken seriously. While the manager did eventually say she would inform the kitchen, that only came after my mom made it clear she wasn't asking for anything, like a comped meal. Further, while the freshness of Stella's ingredients is relevant given the concerns we raised, for the manager to lead with that -- as her first response to a customer reporting that she and two family members became sick shortly after dining -- came across as defensive rather than empathetic or solution-oriented.
