Lately the receptionist is horrid, rude, like you are bothering them. They fuss at you from the time you talk to them till probably long after you leave. If you don't like what you do get out!!!!! Rude service gets you no customers and I frankly will be searching for a new dr. office strictly due to the horrid, disgraceful customer service I continue to receive from this office. The Dr is awesome, if they offered an online option where I didn't have to talk to or deal with anyone from the front of the office it would be an awesome thing, cause obviously these people hate their jobs. Or they just don't care, and that could be the issue from them. HORRID SERVICE!!!!!
