But after an oak tree sized branch fell from my neighbor's pecan tree, she was much quicker on the ball than I was. She called Champion tree service and they were here within a couple of hours. Even though I had another reliable tree service company, I decided to simplify the process and use the same company that my neighbor was using. While I am still going through the process (they are in my yard removing the tree parts they cut up previously), they have been fantastic through the entire ordeal. They were willing to get this tree off of my deck where it fell THE DAY OF THE INCIDENT. I was blown away. Not only that, but they were willing to take multiple vantage point pictures for my insurance company. They talked through the whole thing and made me feel much more secure in my first time having to make an insurance claim for my home with a tree falling. Five stars so far... and I don't expect it to be any different based on my experience thus far.

That's was difficulty getting the right person in the line. When I finally got to him he literally yelled at me. It cost hundreds to get those areas leveled. I could NOT recommend them in good conscience to anyone and I will NEVER do business with them again. They also did not keep me informed about what they were doing. I received no education about the process. I was mistreated. Although I paid immediately I was treated with indifference when I expressed my concerns.

After a stray limb dinged my gutter pretty good (shit happens) the crew promptly replaced the entire piece running along a portion of the front of my home. I am satisfied and will use this company again when needed. Update 9/3/19: This crew replaced the damaged gutter by screwing a new gutter piece straight into the fascia board of my home... instead of using brackets to properly secure the gutter. Mitered cuts were not joined correctly and nothing was sealed at all. Morale of the story: don't let a tree service company repair your gutters. I won't be using this company again.

He gave me a reasonable estimate and he and his crew showed up the next day to start. He was there all day with his crew and they finished same day. He hauled everything off and cleaned my yard up and even replanted my hostas so I wouldn't lose them. Highly recommend him and his crew. Now that we have used Precision, it will be our choice for any future tree service. They were neatly dressed, and they wore appropriate safety items. The removed a very large oak tree and a very large hickory tree; and, removed dead branches from a third tree. They arrived at 7:00 a.m.; removed the trees and limbs; cleaned up all the debris; blew off the driveway; and, were gone before noon. Fantastic job!!!
