I was so pleased with the friendly staff! Noelle was knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the different tests. Virtual interaction with the eye doctor was new for me so I did't quite know what to expect. It was a very pleasant encounter! I haven't received my glasses yet so I'm excited to see how they turn out!Harley was very helpful and encouraging with the choice of frames. I can't wait to receive my new glasses! Better not go without a 6month prior appt they're like the Soup Nazi! Went with my wife who had a scheduled appt 5months prior & decided I needed my Eyes checked & glasses also (& Sunglasses) oh no bad move they acted like I was crazy! Whatever happened to walk-in service? I was so incensed, when my wife set down to order her new $500+ glasses I explained to her the treatment received from the staff & we passed on doing further business with them. After stopping in Warner Robins & purchasing her glasses we heard several negative stories of all the Dr's they have completely messed over, Anyway glad we went with our intuition and went with a business that appreciates customers. I was given false information over the phone, leading me to drive 45 minutes to the this location, only to be told I couldn't be helped. Understandably, miscommunication in the work place happens. However, it was the attitude of the person with whom I spoke once I arrived. She was curt, unapologetic, and a bit condescending. After this, I called multiple times, conversing with multiple people only to be given the run around. In the span of three days, I'd been given false information, placed on hold for long periods of time, hung up on, and lied to. I used to absolutely love this office- the doctors are great! I was unable to speak with any of the people who had helped me in the past. After the way I'd been treated last week, I've been searching for a more reliable/customer friendly vision center. read more

This was the WORST experience I have ever had with a company. I had an appointment at 11am granted I did show up early I was there by 10:30. I had no choice but to bring my 4-year-old with me due to her dentist appointment prior to mine. With that being told me and my four-year sat in there for over THREE HOURS for my appointment. I did not get called back for my exam until after 12:30 and did not walk out the door finished until after 1:30. I was beyond impatient at this point. I asked the lady their normal wait time and she mentioned it was 45 minutes. Never in my life have I had to wait that long for any scheduled appointment, and I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! Once I pick my glasses up that will be the last time My Eye Dr. in Dublin will ever get my business. Next year once I have to get rechecked, I will be moving to another Eye place located in Dublin. Got me once but you will never get me again. PLUS, IF YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND, PLEASE LET YOUR CUSTOMER'S KNOW SO WE CAN GET THE OPTION TO RESCHEDULE OR COME BACK LATER IN THE DAY. I had a Groupon for a pair of sunglasses under a specific price. I took it in to the Dublin location as one of my friends had previously done. I showed it to the girl working at the front desk and she was very rude and said that it couldn't be used unless it was on prescription sunglasses (Not stated anywhere on the Groupon). I told her that one of my friends had the same one and she came in here and got a pair of Ray Bans, no problem. And she told me that she wouldn't have been able to unless they were prescription. I told her ok and I would double check with my friend but I was 99% sure that hers were NOT prescription sunglasses. I then called the Augusta location to ask if I could use the Groupon on any pair of regular sunglasses and the lady on the phone told me I was correct and it could be used for any glasses under the voucher amount. I thanked her as that was my impression from the Groupon. I will be stopping by there and taking my business to that location on the way to South Carolina this weekend. I will NEVER send anyone to the location in Dublin, GA. read more

This place is wonderful. They have flexible hours and even fit my appointment in the same week I called. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They had questions about my insurance but settled them with a quick phone call. They try and make the process as easy as possible. Very unprofessional. Customer service is almost non-existent. Will never go back to this location unless major changes are made in the staff. It is hard to believe these 5 star ratings I see here. I ended up going to the Milledgeville MyEyeDr location for the completion of my services, and I could not be happier with a staff than I am of those at the Milledgeville location. Visit the Dublin location at your own peril since the they couldn't even get my prescription eyeglasses order correct. The doctor even stated on the prescription that I was to get single vision glasses, though my current glasses I was already wearing was progressive lenses. Too many errors to count.
