Within 6 months the glasses broke, they were not flexible at all, the lens easily scratched and when I called they had no idea who I was. I waited for 10 minutes on the phone for the woman to tell me she couldn't find any info on me. I will never go back, total spent, just over 500 dollars.

If you're just going to have an exam and need glasses or contacts, you should go to an optometrist. It is less expensive. I have been going here 2x/year (every 6 mths) for 15 years. I have ocular hypertension, MCTD, and for the last two years, cataracts. The medication I use for autoimmune diseases can cause color blindness and of course, ocular hypertension can develop into glaucoma.
