I'm empathetic and sorry for this happening to anyone. What some people don't realize is this is Ophthalmology which handles medical problems with eyes. If you're just going to have an exam and need glasses or contacts, you should go to an optometrist. It is less expensive. I have been going here 2x/year (every 6 mths) for 15 years. I have ocular hypertension, MCTD, and for the last two years, cataracts. The medication I use for autoimmune diseases can cause color blindness and of course, ocular hypertension can develop into glaucoma. I should have walked out, but they were suppose to be the new Crizal? Lens with protective coating, I got the outpost flex a frames. Within 6 months the glasses broke, they were not flexible at all, the lens easily scratched and when I called they had no idea who I was. I waited for 10 minutes on the phone for the woman to tell me she couldn't find any info on me. I will never go back, total spent, just over 500 dollars.

I am extremely disappointed in this office. We have been patients for 6 years or so. My whole…read morefamily used this office in spite of living 30 min away, we always liked the service. However, for the past 2 years it has been nothing but problem after problem. From incorrect prescriptions (at least 2x that I remeber), multiple trips to correct that issue (mind you it's an hour round trip not including the wait time at the office), glasses being told we're ready that didn't have any lenses in them ( 3 trips to correct that issue), orders for contacts not being placed and most recently an order of contacts being sent back for no reason. To say we are DONE giving this place the benefit of the doubt is an understatement. Good luck to you if you decide to try it out.
