There were moments leading up to the wedding day that gave me a little pause as to her follow through - like she sent me the form that had me list all the posed family photos I wanted only a few days before my wedding and then on the day of, didn't even reference the list I sent her, leaving me to guess if we captured everything I wanted. Despite these moments of pause, the wedding day went well and she seemed great. She even seemed to go above and beyond to capture shots that I just knew would be beautiful. But after the day ended is when things took a turn for the worse in terms of her communication and follow through. I texted her 3.5 weeks after my wedding and she told me she would have the photos done at about the 4 week mark. At 5 weeks when I didn't have any photos, I texted again - no response. At 6 weeks, I texted again asking for a status update on the photos; she told me she had something come up and would have the photos done the following week (by roughly 7 weeks). I texted her after the 7 week mark had passed with no photos, and she said she had had her VA email the photos. When I checked my inbox and junk folder and still did not have anything, I texted her and she said she would check on it that same night after work. The following day I still didn't have any photos and she said she would check on it later that night (again). The next day, still with no photos, I texted her again. She never texted back. I texted 2 more times on different days with no response. I waited 1 week for any kind of text response then emailed her, again with no response. So as of this review, it has been almost 1 month since she communicated or responded to me at all. It has been 11 weeks 3 days since our wedding and I still have not seen a single photo. She promised me delivery of my photos on 3 different occasions without actually delivering them. I have repeatedly asked for an update on when I might see the photos. I am so sad and frustrated by her lack of professionalism and communication. She had such good reviews everywhere I looked that I never thought she would turn out to be like this. Brides and Grooms, think twice before booking her. I will try to update this if/when I receive the photos or have resolution to this.
