Transmission went out within 2 weeks and had to be replaced. Steven said they repaired the AC and it was 100%. It stopped blowing cold within a month and I found a can of freon under the passenger seat, apparently that was their "fix". To repair the AC system required a new compressor. Rear brakes were worn completely down and had to have new rotors. There is also a water leak in the back seat. I paid $7,500 for the truck and repairs so far have cost an additional $5,200.

He even had an attitude when I asked for directions on how to locate the tire size. The call was filled with sighs and sucking of the teeth, but I remained respectful as I knew that it would only get worse if I replicated his frustration. He shared that the total would be $200, which I was ready to pay since it was a Sunday night and figured it was my only option. I called my insurance company to get a second opinion and they sent a tow truck which arrived before the mobile service. ABAN Towing & Recovery was amazing (highly recommended) and they were able to tow my car to Tire & Ride 24/7 (also highly recommended). Both towing and tire companies were super helpful and patient. I was able to get my tire fixed for $20 and was back home within the hour. I'm only sharing this to help someone who could end up with their first flat tire like me.
