In all honesty, this was the best towing service that I've had the pleasure of doing business with. After experiencing car trouble earlier today, Liberty Mutual (my insurance company) didn't do a fair job in making sure that I would have proper towing for my vehicle. I sat in the cold for more than 4 hours; after getting frustrated, I gave up and called D&D! He arrived quickly, remained VERY professional, got me and my car to our destination, and made me feel safe. That means the world to feel safe as a woman. Called D&D Towing due to AAA failing me this morning and making me sit on the side of I285 for over 4 hours. Told the guys my situation and that I needed a tow to my fire station off Brockett Rd. Needless to say they came to my rescue and was there in under 45 minutes and got me to the fire house. I would and will be recommending these guys to anyone needing a tow in the Dekalb County area. I call this morning to pick up my car from my home to be towed to Nalley Kia Stonecrest. They came within 45 minutes as promised. Good customer service. I requested a receipt which I received from the driver. My car was delivered to the appropriate location. I would definitely use their services again.
