They have primarily "traveling " therapists that are on for a few weeks or a few months, then they move to other locations. They send out mass texts when cancellations, and the text offers accept opening or decline opening. When you select accept, you show up for your presumed appointment only to be told it was first come first service in who accepted first. As a company, if it says accept and someone has already taken then appointment, it should not allow you to select accept option.

From the very beginning Wendy, Amy, and Ryan have done their very best to help me regain use of my arm and shoulder after an accident I had this past summer. They are very in tune to their patient's needs, and are excellent at answering any questions you may have regarding your therapy. The team encourages you to step out of your comfort zone, but not in a way to where you would injure yourself. When I started my therapy over a month and a half ago, I had very serious doubts on what physical therapy could actually do to help me with my injury; I worried that my arm might not ever get better. I was treated as if I had hip pain and needed to stretch my hamstring muscles. These stretches caused back pain and did nothing to resolve the numbness in my thigh.
