His initial response was very good and my wife and I were impressed with the speed and thoroughness of it. He forwarded two contracts for us to sign since the property is in both our names and I signed and returned mine, but the contract for my wife had the wrong name in it. I pointed this out to him in my email but never received any response or recognition. Two more attempts to correct this mistake in the contracts went without any response as well. I am in the process of finding another realtor to list my property with since there isn't a valid contract from this agency on it as of yet. I cannot recommend using this REMAX agency at all.
