I contracted this company to replace my roof in August of 2025. I made full payment to them and my invoice was closed out. However, they never paid the materials supply company and now the materials supply company has placed a lien on my home for the amount MyRoof Utah owes them for my roofing materials. Run from these fraudsters. To be fair they did good work, they just don't pay their suppliers and you will end up with a lien on your house for their unpaid bills. read more

I used MyRoof to replace a roof in 2022. While doing other work on the house earlier this year, I noticed that about 5 shingles were "flipped up". I figured MyRoof would want to come out and fix them. I called three different times, and was sent to the manager, where I left a message. I am concerned that a 3 year old roof is coming undone, and more concerned that the company has NO follow-up- basically doesn't acknowledge your existence once they get paid. I live in an HOA and the Property Management company and myself have been trying to get someone to call us back for over two weeks for someone to come out and do some sealing on the roof they did a few years ago. The Property Management company contact says that it's still under warranty. I called have called multiple times and left my information with a young representative that answers the phone after being on hold an automatic hold for over 4 minutes, every time I have called. read more

We do have one concern. When they did our roof they said we have a 50-year transferable warranty. However they have never given us proof of that. When we asked for the piece of paper they said the warranty wasn't a big deal. Although they said it was a big deal before we purchase the new roof. We still wanted a piece of paper to show the 50 year warranty so if we sell the house we can pass that paper to the new owners. And so that if something goes wrong we can use the piece of paper to contact people and let them know we have to use the warranty. They said we had to contact the company that offers the warranty ourselves because they didn't have time or something like that.We tried to contact the company but never got a response. We will be happy to review the job they did on our roof after we get that piece of paper. Basically if you use a warranty as a selling point and say that it's a value don't turn around when you're done building the roof and say it's not really worth it it doesn't matter it's no big deal. And whatever it is I need proof of it so that I can pass it on to the new owners when we move. read more

They were so knowledgeable and able to come out to see what needed to be done right away. They got us scheduled for the fix before they left. So impressed by their response and job they did. They knew we had an emergency situation and were able to get to us to see our roof faster than they originally planned. So impressed and thankful for this company and their ability to help. Our roof was badly damaged by an unusual hail storm in August of 2018. I contacted multiple local roofing contractors and ultimately decided to go with MyRoof. Here were a couple of my determining factors: 1. Very positive feedback on Yelp and other sources. 2. Jonn Gleave (owner) was very responsive, personable, courteous, built my confidence in my choice to choose his company. 3. Jonn took time to answer several questions and came back multiple times to help me to choose the roofing product that I wanted. 4. MyRoof was fair in pricing when compared to other bids. (Not the lowest bid, but the one that made me most comfortable). The execution was professional and timely. The workers were courteous and thorough. Their cleanup was above average, and made me happy. I ultimately chose the thickest, probably most expensive and hard to install shingle available. The result is awesome! Jonn hooked me up with a good deal to replace all my gutters with a 10 year warranty against drips, which was huge, as my existing gutters all leaked at the connections, which as a huge pain in the winter. Jonn also gave me a good deal with gutter covers to keep the leaves out, which is also huge for me, as I don't like to get on a ladder or roof to clean out the gutters anymore. Jonn also gave me a killer deal to install some heat trace cable on an area that is problematic in the winter and installed it himself. He uses a drone to take before and after pictures and videos that he shares, which is a cool extra benefit. I was impressed by the guys that Jonn gets to do the gutters, as they roll it, cut it and fit it all right on site. They have the rolling machine right in the back of their truck. They verified the color with me before starting to roll the gutter, to make sure I was happy and approved before proceeding. I am very happy with my decision to select MyRoof to replace and upgrade my roof. I recommend Jonn and his crew to anyone who needs their home or business roof installed or replaced. read more

Due to a late snow, and a massive old tree falling on our property, we needed an out of code, bent electrical mast removed, and the roof repaired to prevent any future leaking. They quoted within the insurance company's allowable amount. If you've ever dealt with home insurance repairs, you'll know that's not very common. Most quotes will be above what the insurance company initially decides the repairs should cost. Plus, most companies won't even come do the piece work that the insurance approves to be done, because it's not a large enough job. I was able to schedule the estimate online, and the paperwork was delivered through email, which is a much more convenient way to deal with things. No calls from numbers you don't know, unsure whether you should answer, or if it's just another robocall, and no paperwork to physically file away. Once I decided to hire them, they had a roofer here within 2 days to do the repairs. The roofer did not collect payment that day, the manager/owner came back later to check the work, and that's when I paid for the repairs. That was another nice plus, knowing that the work will be inspected before collecting payment. I'd recommend this company to anyone that wants repairs done, or a new roof installed. We won't need one for probably another 10+years, but I'll be contacting them again when that day comes. read more

His responsiveness, thoroughness, and willingness to go above was impressive. He was even willing to walk around the house and provide guidance on other issues he found I had no idea about. Great guy, professional, very strong work ethic, and you'll leave with extensive GoPro drone footage of your roof and house upon completion. Which may be helpful upon resale of the house. read more

We are 100% completely delighted with MyRoof. These guys are both young and eager and wise and sooo hardworking. First the roofing crew. A master craftsman headed a group of young and strong workmen. He was rightly called "El Jefe." He set the pace (FAST) and the attention to detail (PERFECTION) he wanted the young ones to learn. They did! On Saturday, the dads brought in a couple of school boys to learn one thing: that they wanted to go to school instead of cleaning up after roofers. But clean up they did--every piece of shingle, finishing up with a magnet they traced over every bit of the property and the driveway. No nails were left to damage any tires. Not one flower was damaged. And the managers. We worked always with Zach who is a charming and extremely competent salesman and manager. Everything he promised, he delivered (and more). Every price he quoted was correct and emailed to up promptly. Every appointment he scheduled, he and the crew kept scrupulously. Zach waited patiently for us to make the wise choice of MyRoof, sweetening the deal a couple of times to keep us committed to MyRoof. As indeed we are! We could not be happier! Called ten different area roofers to get a quote. Over half did not bother to respond, three showed and only two provided the bids requested. By far My Roof was the most efficient coming out within a day or so from bid and providing a printed bid the following day. We cannot express strong enough of our true appreciation and satisfaction the awesome job MyRoof did for us! It's mid January in Utah, with at least a foot of snow on the ground and our roof and the one warm day we notice water dripping into our hallway from the Swamp Cooler vent. We contacted MyRoof at 4:30pm and they came out within the hour to review the situation. The previous owners removed the Swamp Cooler several years ago, however, they didn't want to pay the additional couple hundred dollars for the the roofers to remove/replace the roof properly, instead they had them patch over it. Even though the outside temperature was in the low 20's, MyRoof returned to repair it properly and did an outstanding job! We're truly thankful for their rapid response and excellent work!
