So updating review- someone finally showed up and was very nice. Tried sealing the skylights but told me they were old and may need to be replaced. That's okay but it would have been better to have been told that last year when the entire roof was replaced. Bear creek was quick and did a great job. They went above and beyond and even took off the Christmas lights! Because there was snow on the ground, it was more difficult to spot loose nails. We have found about 12 roofing nails on our driveway and deck, and in our grass. I have small children, so I'm not thrilled to find that many. Bear Creek Roofing In Riverdale Utah has me sign a contract to repair my wind damaged roof but then refused to start my job until I gave them 50% up front. This was an insurance replacement claim so the money was being held in escrow by the mortgage company and the mortgage company only agreed to release 25% up front but 5 months later Bear Creek has still not started my roofing project and my house has incurred further interior damage. My insurance company has assured me that this is not a common practice for a roofing company and that there are plenty of reputable roofing companies that will start and finish the job and get paid once the work is done without holding your home hostage. read more

Wish I could give them zero stars. Although they came highly recommended, they never showed up to do the job even though I had signed the work order for an $800 repair. I signed the document on 10/16/18 and followed up with Tim every few weeks. Each time, he emailed me back and stated that I was 'next on the list.' It is now January 11th, and the hole in my living room ceiling has become much bigger in the almost 3 months since I first contacted them.
