Excellent service--Brett went the extra mile to make sure the Job was complete. Would use their services again.

Scammed me out of 200.00 dollars. Never came back to fix car. Would not do any business with them. Learned the hard way.

I was certain before Brett got there, I was going to pay a ton of money for engine work.

They picked up the Bike yesterday and I am a half hour away from the dealership so this is a significant gesture. I will update again once I have the motorcycle back I will make a final updated rating. I brought a 2006 Kawasaki 250 KLX in for new tires, plugs and an oil change. I was quoted $600 to $650. It seemed a bit steep but at $165 an hour labor charge the math seemed about right. I just got the bike back and now there is a fuel leak evidenced by the drips below the bike and the smell. In addition, there is a bolt that was left off and put in the saddle bag without informing me or any explanation. And to top it all off my total bill out the door was over $1022 after an estimate of 600 to $650. 57% over estimate seems like a problem to me.

We knew upfront we would have to pay the 75 dollars for the call it's better than hauling it to the dealership. When contacted Bishs said someone could come out that day. A couple hours later they called and said a technician was on his way. He arrived found the problem. He had the correct tools to fix it and took care of the problem. We knew it was a warranty issue but just to make sure i was not immediately giving a bill for the service totally understand. While bill me twice if by chance it wasn't covered. I just received a text saying it was covered by warranty. Minus the service call. I paid the 75 dollars. Great deal if you ask me. Very long story but here's my point. This is exactly what I call great customer service. No drama no worries just great service. I received that from Bishs. Thank you so much.

Scot showed up promptly as promised. He was so polite and showed genuine concern for our issues on our new rv. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He did several test on all the units, took photos for documentation...it didn't take him long to see that we needed 2 brand new units. He took care of all the warranty work that needed to be set up. He was so good I asked him to schedule the unit for winterization. Can't say enough about Scot, he is the gold standard for customer service. Also want to thank Brian in the office for being so efficient in the warranty work and all the paperwork and scheduling. Thank you everyone at Bish's RV Mobile Service Bob & Karen Horn

She brought out Bobby the manager of service and they not only helped with trailering our truck and Arctic Wolf, they gave us new knowledge on safety and maintenance. Outstanding!! Ryan and Lori were also willing to help with 100% customer service. Really appreciate their help, knowledge they were shared, and excellent customer service. For a young couple whom 1 of us is handicapped it was incredibly stressful! What was supposed to be an amazing journey became an absolute nightmare. RV was under full warranty so we thought they would honor us & take care of us. They forced me to go thru our insurance & I was baffled by not only that but also how it took 2+ months to complete repairs. While we were grateful we were able to stay there w/ hook-ups we were directly on a highway so not ideal & we were stuck since we live full-time in RV it put a huge wrench in our travel plans & cost us a lot of money in a state we have no family or friends. Justin & Bryce the tech treated us w/ courtesy & respect & did good work but that's the best they've got going for them. Then after 2+months when repairs were thought we'd finally be on our way & nope we got hit w/ another tornado our truck broke down & I had a medical emergency so wound up in the hospital for a few days. To thank us for our loyal business they threatened to tow our vehicles. We felt totally helpless. We had our backs up against a wall like we were being raped from every which way. The worst part is for a fully disabled handicapped guy he had to handle a lot of things by himself in which he was injured in the process & to watch the love of my life struggle & get hurt trying to impress me was heartbreaking. He NEVER should've been securing things in order to bring it to camping world when they have remote techs that could've been sent out. An amputee should NEVER be up on a ladder doing what they should've done. Don't do business w/ camping world unless you have no time frame & endless $$$. So much for a warranty & doing right by your customers. We'd only had the RV for a few months.
