First of all this shop should not be listed as a smoke shop on google. I drove all the way up here looking for butane. When I asked in the shop about it they were very snippy and rude. I was greeted with no we don't carry any of that stuff. Please get your store relisted as a vape shop and not a smoke shop. Be a little more friendly to customers. read more

Let me tell you, there's a vape shop less than a mile from my house, but I choose to drive from St. Louis to Collinsville, IL to come see these guys. Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable and easy going. They always answer any questions I might have and never hesitate to let me try as many juices as I want. They're also the only shop I've been to that sells Jam Monster. Seriously, this is the best juice around. Their house juices are stellar, too. Try the Blush, which is like a strawberry cream. So good. They also have a great rewards program, so every 30ml of juice you buy, you get a punch on a card. Once it's full, you get $10 off premium juice or a free bottle of house juice. That's legit. I'm going to keep going out of my way to come here, because I love giving shops business. Yeah, I could buy it online, but I want to support them and keep them around. I absolutely love this Vape shop their juices great. But I absolutely hate hate hate their new bottles I can't open the damn thing to fill my tank can you please try a different vendor. You helped me quit smoking cigarettes about five years ago I've lowered my nicotine level from 18 to 4. Beware don't spend your money here if you value it. I was just curious about the place so I gave it a shot. I wanted to try some oils but I ask for help and the lady at the counter was snappy.I soon realized boy did I regret choosing this place.The young lady went to get a lady with black hair. They then started to stare at me so I asked them about the oils they looked at me as if I was covered in horse manure. So long story short customer service was horrible I couldn't believe these people where so rude. I will never shop here and believe you shouldn't either. read more

I walked in, was completely ignored. One worker was on his cell phone talking and didn't even speak to me. I tried to speak to the other worker and he walked pass and ignored me. Once the first worker finally got off the phone, I tried to talk to him and he just walked off. Worse experience in a vape shop. To make issues worse, when the owner was notified of her employees misconduct, she didn't even apologize. Completely unacceptable, stay away from this place. I've visited many local vape shops, and Mystic Vapes takes the cake. Smurfette is my favorite flavor, bar none, and one of the girls was nice enough to get me fully set up with a starter kit, extra tip, and two mini bottles of fluid to get me rolling. I love their choices of batteries, and their prices are ridiculously reasonable! It's just minutes from my soon-to-be-home, so it couldn't be more convenient. LOVE this shop! read more

The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable! We have visited many vape shops and is always a let down when we know more than the workers luck for us that's not the case at mystic vape. Excellent selection of both house blend juices and premium juice. I love this place!! They have a huge variety of juices and I have to say their house juices are better than the big name brand juices! They also do "Flavor of the Week" and you get a 35ml bottle for $6!! You can't beat that! But even still a large bottle of their house juices are only $12 and they are great quality!! ZERO STARS The staff is friendly never had an attitude and willing to fix any issues I have that they've caused but I give zero stars because I've had to take back almost everything I've ever purchased there except the juice and I actually should have tried before. They've sold me the wrong coils had me set up my new mod with COMPLETELY INACCURATE settings, Sold me broken fidget spinners the list goes on... I will now make the 1hr 20 min drive to the next nearest vape shop instead of the 3 min 42 second drive to mystic vapes... I've spent just as much on gas for that short trip as I have on merchandise because every trip almost somehow turns into 2 or 3 trips... My favorite e-cig and e-juice shop. I've tried many different well known e-juice vendors online and of my top 5 favorite juices, four are Created by Mystic Vapes. When I started using an e-cig (that I got from mystic vapes) I didn't intend to quit smoking, I just wanted a substitute so I could limit going outside in the snow to smoke. Within 2 weeks I was exclusively using my e-cig. It tastes and smells a lot better. It's amazing how much cleaner my car is. No more empty cig packs on the floor or ashes in the back seat. No more guilt trips from extended family or going outside when staying in hotels.
