Apparently, the shop is only open by appointment. And they're not super friendly when you just happened to run into them in their driveway.

Amazing store, love coming here. Usually find crystals and crystal jewelry. The owner is so nice and all the staff there is super knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good crystal store. read more

Anyone can sell flower and plant arrangements but the sign of a truly good business is their customer service and how they deal with issues when they arise. I spoke with the manager and she was apologetic and very willing to go above and beyond to fix the issue, during a very busy Mother's Day weekend. The flowers were beautiful and the arrangement was fresh and professionally done. I would not hesitate to use Agnew Florist for all my plant and flower needs including weddings and any other special occasion. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I can definitely see why Agnew's has been in business since 1959. A++ business.

Some plants have died within 1 month of purchase and have found they had root rot. Young guy is kind. Older gentleman never attempts to interact with me. Like I said, mixed bag.
