The biggest issues I've had with designers in the past, whether digital or print, is the communication and commitment to time frames. I've actually come to expect a bit of awkwardness and poor work ethic from designers. If you've worked with designers before, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. The primary designers for my project, Nissa and Ryan, were very quick to respond and even humored me on some ideas I had that were, well, not so good. BUT, they listened and tried them out anyway which was very nice of them to do. Their entire team, from sales to development, actually took an active part in the process which was pretty refreshing. Always available to answer questions and even knocked out a couple items outside of regular hours. I highly recommend Media Junction and will certainly be using them again for work on our site. I told him what we were looking for and he went over options. I should have known something was wrong when he said the equipment he wanted to show me was at another sight. What business man doesn't have product he can share in the field and also have some equipment at the show room In case someone stops by. Anyway my I shared what I learned with my boss, he followed up with them and decided to utilize their services. They payed it on heavy on the day of install buying sandwiches for my co workers at work. After all was set up they disappeared and the first time we needed them for tech support they were not helpful at all. It kind of felt like they didn't understand the camera system they installed. Also we have called them several times for other issues and they do not return calls. I hate to speak bad about anyone, but I feel everyone should avoid them unless you like being taken for a ride. Also the equipment is subpar, the time on the camera isn't accurate, and where are they, probably off doing the same to someone else.
