I can only surmise, since they won't ever get back to me, that the new office is trying to collect what should have been paid by insurance had they actually filed the claims. His office was small and he only had 2 staff when I went there (not sure what it looks like now). Everyone was always very nice and they all even remembered my name after 2 visits! I miss Dr Schussler, but I'm carless now and have crappy HMO coverage, so it's impossible to go see him anymore. When I arrived for my appointment front desk lady did COVID screening and the nurse took x-rays. Dr. Priya did a thorough overall analysis of my teeth and showed few tooth that needed cavities filled. Doctor suggested that I perform tooth filling to avoid further damage by tooth cavities. They also did a thorough cleaning of my teeth. Doctor did a wonderful job of removing my cracked tooth. I have negligible pain even after the local anesthesia has reduced. They gave post-op instructions to follow after the tooth extraction. I am very happy with the service provided by Vernon Dental Care team. I was not able to reschedule those clients. I rescheduled the appointment for the following week (infected tooth, antibiotics ran out, lots of pain and bleeding) and the doc no-showed. Same issue with clients canceled on my end. Their excuse: they made a mistake in scheduling. Seems to be a pattern. So essential I lost about 800 in client fees and I still have an infected tooth that needs to be removed. Moving on to another dentist.
