I stopped going there because the dentists and hygienists were constantly changing and patients would never be told. We would just find out at our next visit and the last dentist was quite rude! My big complaint now is that I received a bill nine months after we left, having paid up in full, and can get no answer as to what this is for. I've wasted plenty of time trying to deal with this for months and get no answers. When I called my dental insurer, I was told the DentalWorks never filed any claims for 2024! I can only surmise, since they won't ever get back to me, that the new office is trying to collect what should have been paid by insurance had they actually filed the claims.
